Private Client Tax Director Opportunity

This is a key leadership role within our Tax team, offering a clear progression pathway to partner. As a Private Client Tax Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private clients, overseeing the compliance process, and identifying tax-sensitive expenditure and wider tax issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of private clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with tax regulations
  • Collaborate with Tax Partners to deliver tax advisory services, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth
  • Lead and develop the private client tax team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and guidance
  • Monitor and optimize team productivity, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Contribute to the development of tax strategies and policies, staying up-to-date with changing tax legislation

Requirements:

  • CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA qualified or equivalent
  • Proven experience in personal/private client or mixed tax, with a strong track record of success
  • Ability to communicate complex tax concepts to clients and colleagues alike
  • Strong technical knowledge and research skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a ability to build and maintain strong relationships
