- Team Support: Deliver coaching and mentorship to both administrative and operational teams.

- Progress Monitoring: Evaluate activities, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications:

- Knowledge Base: Familiarity with World Class Manufacturing principles and tools is advantageous.
- Standards Acumen: Understanding of industry standards.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proficient in engaging with cross-functional teams in a diverse, global setting.
- Global Participation: Attendance at the Annual Global Improvement Event is required.
