Early Years Educator Role

About the Role

N Family Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Early Years Educator to join our dynamic team. As an Educator at N Family Club, you will be responsible for delivering our 'learning through play' educational ethos and bespoke curriculum, while building and maintaining excellent relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring open communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our curriculum, ensuring it aligns with our educational philosophy
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of £24,700 - £28,000, reflecting your hard work and dedication
  • A performance-related bonus of up to £750 per year, recognizing your achievements
  • A choice of a 4-day, 36-hour week or the classic 5-day, 40-hour week, allowing you to balance work and personal life
  • Up to 32 days of holiday per year, including 3 days between Christmas and New Year, and a 'Me' day off of your choice
