About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for structural analysis and design, structural assessment of existing structures, and managing and running structural design projects. They will also be expected to monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, as well as conduct site visits and liaise with contractors, clients, and architects.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum BTEC HND in Engineering or a related discipline, a structural engineering background, and project experience as a technician within an engineering practice. They will also have the ability to produce accurate and well-presented drawings or documents, understand and create structural details, and have knowledge of common building materials and details.

Additionally, the candidate should be experienced with 2D/3D draughting software, including AutoCAD and REVIT, and have knowledge of BIM coordination on projects. They should also be able to take ownership of their projects and coordinate works effectively.
