Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
  • Repair Progression: Progress vehicle repairs through the workshop, utilizing effective communication with workshop control to ensure agreed vehicle completion times are adhered to.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer enquiries and successfully convert these into firm bookings.
  • Sales and Invoicing: Professionally sell products, services, and repair work as appropriate to customers' needs, while ensuring all objectives are fully achieved.
  • Teamwork: Work as part of a team to ensure all departmental objectives and KPIs are achieved.

Requirements:

  • Customer Focus: A proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Technical Skills: Strong IT skills, with experience of using databases desirable.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work to targets, deadlines, and under pressure, while building strong relationships.
