Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in London. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Present accurate monthly valuations to clients on time
- Assess subcontractor valuations
- Pricing and negotiating variations
- Preparing and submitting financial reports
- Collaborating with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects
