About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Kitchen Sales Designer at Benchmarx Kitchens & Joinery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Design and present kitchen solutions to customers, using CAD software to create accurate plans and quotes.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their project requirements and create a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, building a strong network of customers and working closely with external sales representatives.
  • Regularly visit customers' homes or building sites to draw up inspirational designs and present them to customers.
  • Ensure customer safety is at the forefront of everything we do, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.

  • No previous industry experience is necessary, we are looking for transferable skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
