  • Provide coaching and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of learning and development within the team.
  • Contribute to the development of the community nursing service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.

Requirements
  • Current registration with the NMC as a Band 5 Nurse.
  • Experience of working in a community nursing setting, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges of patients in this environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team, with a strong focus on patient care and outcomes.
  • Current driving license and ability to travel across sites and across East London to meet patient needs and attend meetings.
