This role encompasses the supervision of content development, optimization, and performance assessment across diverse digital and traditional platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and implement content marketing strategies that align with organizational objectives and boost customer interaction within the healthcare domain.
• Supervise a team of content creators, ensuring the delivery of high-caliber work that adheres to brand standards.
• Oversee the creation of content for various channels including websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, podcasts, and video productions.
• Develop and manage an editorial calendar to guarantee timely and consistent content dissemination.
• Conduct keyword analysis and apply SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.
• Evaluate content performance metrics and provide actionable insights for strategy optimization.
• Cultivate relationships with external agencies and freelancers to facilitate smooth content production.
• Manage the upkeep and enhancement of content on corporate websites.
• Plan and execute email marketing initiatives, including content development, audience segmentation, and performance evaluation.
• Drive social media strategies, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring across platforms.
• Develop and oversee online advertising and PPC campaigns, focusing on crafting compelling ad copy and optimizing campaign outcomes.
• Supervise the production and distribution of podcast and video content, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing strategies.
Essential Qualities:
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Lead Content Marketing Strategist will possess exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative and strategic thinker adept at devising innovative content solutions.
• Lead both paid and organic initiatives across all relevant marketing channels.
• Conduct thorough analyses, both internal and competitive, to generate strategic recommendations and insights.
• Develop and refine strategies for effective media channel application in collaboration with the Sector Manager.
• Implement best practices in email marketing campaigns to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of content marketing efforts.• Ensure compliance of all outputs with company, industry, and legal standards.
• Maintain brand integrity and ensure messaging and visual identity are consistent with corporate values.
Creative, Production, and Distribution:
Oversee website development projects, collaborating with third-party agencies on strategy, user experience, and conversion optimization to drive high-quality inquiries.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create necessary assets for all campaigns.
• Supervise the production and distribution of podcast and video content.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5+ years of marketing experience in:
- Content creation
- Website management
- Email marketing (creation and execution)
- Social media management
- Podcast and video production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is advantageous.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent project management capabilities.
