  • Process Analysis: Analyze processes to identify Suppliers, Inputs, Outputs, and Customers.

  • Documentation Management: Develop standard operating procedures and work instructions to meet departmental requirements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Ongoing Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives and engage in audits.
  • Quality Tools Implementation: Introduce essential quality tools and facilitate their application.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess performance metrics and analyze trends.

Required Skills & Experience:

Essential:

  • Expertise in quality methodologies such as FMEA, APQP/PPAP, Lean, MSA, 8D, Process Mapping, and SPC.
  • Familiarity with technical schematics.

Desirable:

  • Experience in auditing processes.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts.
