Job Summary:

Listgrove Ltd is seeking a highly skilled QHSE Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO and IATF standards.
• Health and Safety: Lead the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Environmental Management: Develop and implement environmental management systems to minimize the organization's environmental impact.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: Certified management system qualifications and experience.
• Skills: Knowledge and practical skills using Microsoft Office tools, health and safety and environmental management regulatory requirements knowledge.
• Experience: Proven experience in quality, health, safety, and environmental management.
