Staffline Branches is seeking a skilled Tool Maker to join our team in the Tool Room department.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and CNC setting and operating to fill this full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manufacture of jigs and fixtures to meet production requirements
  • Creation of test pieces to ensure quality control
  • Setting and operating CNC and manual machines to produce high-quality parts
  • Ensuring processed parts meet drawing specifications
  • Managing production timelines to meet deadlines
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records
  • Supporting the team in carrying out alternative tasks as required
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve production targets

Requirements:

  • Dependable and responsible individual with a commitment to excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Target-oriented and results-driven
  • Good numeric skills and ability to work with measurement equipment
  • Computer literacy and experience with standard software
  • NVQ in Engineering Manufacture or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in an engineering environment
  • English Language and Maths to GCSE grade C or above

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £27,900 - £30,588 per annum
  • Overtime available when required
