About the Role

As a Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor, you will provide top-tier advice on a variety of corporate and company issues. You will handle matters such as mergers, acquisitions, disposals, due diligence, investment agreements, shareholder agreements, succession planning, and more. This role offers a competitive salary along with benefits including generous annual leave, private healthcare, a death in service scheme, subsidised gym membership, and a contributory pension scheme.

About You

To excel in this role, you should have extensive corporate experience at the Senior Associate level, with a strong background in dealing with a full range of corporate and company issues. Proven experience with an SME/OMB client base is ideal. Key skills include excellent communication, strong organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail. A pragmatic, solution-focused approach, along with good client and matter management skills, is essential. You should thrive in a team-oriented environment and be eager to further develop your career.
