Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Specialist to join our team at Pertemps Birmingham Industrial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of alloy wheels to identify damage, including scratches, dents, and other imperfections.
  • Prepare alloy wheels for refinishing according to manufacturer guidelines, utilizing the appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Execute minor repairs on alloy wheels, including work on Diamond Cut Alloys.
  • Apply water-based paints to restore the original finish.
  • Mix paints to achieve an exact colour match.
  • Fit tyres professionally.
  • Perform final quality checks on refurbished alloy wheels to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs completed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in alloy wheel painting and restoration.
  • Proficiency with water-based paints.
  • Valid UK driving license.
