Position: Property Delivery Coordinator

Location: Flexible with a mix of remote and office work

Salary: £30,836 - £32,459 annually

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking a Property Delivery Coordinator to enhance our Property Delivery team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the provision of a streamlined and comprehensive administrative support service to the Senior Management team overseeing Property Programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the diary and correspondence for the Head of Service
  • Monitor and follow up on disrepair cases
  • Provide administrative support during Governance meetings
  • Assist the broader team, including Regional Operations Managers and Assistant Regional Operations Managers
  • Coordinate meetings, book accommodations, and arrange travel logistics

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Business Administration qualification or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support to senior executives
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Recent experience in a similar administrative role
  • Familiarity with report writing and data analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Exceptional organizational and customer service skills

The full-time equivalent salary for this position is £26,982 based on a 35-hour work week, rising to £28,402 after one year of service, contingent on satisfactory performance.
