About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Ross-Shire Engineering Limited. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of electrical systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including concept design, detailed design, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that electrical systems meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for electrical systems.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure that electrical systems are installed and commissioned correctly.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional registration with IET or similar.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
