  • Facilitate close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders, continuously improving service levels.
  • Implement best practices in fabrication and construction methods, ensuring appropriate material selection.
  • Engage with suppliers regarding costs, timelines, and quality control.
  • Focus on achieving optimal pricing from suppliers.
  • Identify and assess new suppliers while monitoring existing ones for quality and service.
  • Manage project financials, including cost analysis and forecasting to meet financial objectives.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding technical and production inquiries.
  • Review technical drawings and prepare estimates and schedules for internal teams.
  • Compile and submit all necessary project health and safety documentation.
  • Accurately raise purchase orders in a timely manner.

Performance Metrics:

  • Timely and accurate entry of purchase orders and logging of timesheets.
  • Comparison of estimated versus actual project time and budget.
  • Client satisfaction metrics, both internal and external.
  • Accuracy and timeliness in timesheet and purchase order logging.
