Job Title: Process Operator FLT

Location: Chester

Pay rate: £15.15 p/h (inc shift allowance) for rotating shift role

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team at our client in Chester. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for carrying out the production of the manufacturing process on a designated production cell.

Your duties will include:

  • Achieving the production targets set for the department on a daily basis
  • Highlighting and communicating faults which may cause production delay
  • Ensuring all operating conditions are correct before commencing manufacture
  • Maintaining accurate records of production, and any other operational data as requested by the Team Leader
  • Ensuring the work area is kept clean and safe at all times
  • Promoting and adhering to the company's system and procedures at all times

Key requirements for applicants:

  • Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing / heavy engineering environment
  • Counterbalance FLT experience is MANDATORY for this position
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Reach FLT Licence is desirable
  • A flexible approach to work
