Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. This role involves producing detailed electrical drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and offering support both in the office and on-site.
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing electrical systems and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. If you have experience in electrical design, enjoy problem-solving, and work well under pressure, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive Electrical Design Engineer with a background in industrial or manufacturing settings. If you are someone who enjoys working on complex projects, thrives in team environments, and has a strong understanding of electrical systems and instrumentation, this role will offer exciting challenges and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Produce electrical drawings using E-Plan, including panel layouts, bill of materials, and rating plates.
- Create single line diagrams with cable identifications to support competitive quotations from Electrical Contractors.
- Attend site meetings with project engineers to liaise directly with customers.
- Specify electrical instrumentation, such as flow sensors and level probes, as required.
- Design pneumatic circuits and supply detailed bills of materials for pneumatic components.
In return, you'll receive a salary up to £42,000 + Bonus, 25 days holiday (rising with experience), and a range of other benefits.
