Job Title: Agricultural Equipment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Technician to join our team at Upstream Solutions Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics and repairs on agricultural or plant equipment in a workshop and/or field environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural or plant equipment
  • Complete all reports and administration required in a timely manner
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Maintain a clear environment and assist with overall workshop organisation
  • Mentor apprentices
Requirements:
  • Experience performing service repairs with agricultural equipment or plant machinery
  • Ability to perform repairs and maintenance using correct tools and equipment
  • Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Minimum LTA certification or appropriate comparable by the role
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends
  • Full, clean driving license is essential for field roles
