POSITION OVERVIEW
The Apprentice Service Advisor role encompasses the following responsibilities:
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the vehicle service division during the introductory phase.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Uphold exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assess service and customer needs to assist in diagnosing vehicle issues when necessary. Ensure mutual understanding and agreement with the customer regarding the work to be performed.
- Precisely manage the service department scheduling system in accordance with workshop capacity.
- Oversee the handover and documentation of loan vehicles.
- Clarify the services performed on vehicles, ensuring complete customer authorization and comprehension.
- Comprehend and comply with manufacturer service protocols.
- Consistently maintain relevant systems, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Adhere to safe working practices and comply with the operational rules and standards of the organization.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
