Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Bilingual Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive administrative support within our thriving recruitment agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls with a professional and confident demeanor.
- Utilize various software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, to create documents, maintain records, and manage spreadsheets.
- Assist in the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate compensation.
- Input and update candidate information in the company database efficiently.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements as needed.
- Support recruiters by making outbound calls to assess candidate availability and suitability.
Qualifications:
