We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Energy Transmission team in Norfolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall profit and loss of a standard/complex project(s) while ensuring delivery on time to the highest standards of safety, sustainability, environmental, and quality.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tendering and managing standard/complex/major projects, including sub-contractors. They will also have excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work across conflicting interest groups to develop solutions to complex operational and commercial problems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for instilling a strong safety culture and developing the capability of our project team(s) to take personal responsibility through strong visible leadership. They will also drive the development of a high-performance culture of one team and support the tender process.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary, vehicle or allowance, health cover, subsistence, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays. You will also have access to a company pension, cycle to work scheme, free parking, and a health and wellbeing programme.
The working schedule will be day shift, Monday to Friday.
