Job Summary:
This role sits in a global purchasing and procurement function for a well-known brand and allows you to truly embrace the full end-to-end procurement piece. You'll be focused on, but not limited to, total cost of ownership, supplier relationship management, and strategic sourcing.
About the Role:
- Category experience within Facilities Management (FM)
- Experience running RFI's/RFP's and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the process
- A genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for procurement and always be looking for innovative solutions
- Developed and evolved product or service requirements
- Have pro-actively used automated sourcing processes including auctions, RFX's, and relationship management systems
- Ideally experience in off-shoring and outsourcing
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Able to analyse data and present back to stakeholders clearly and concisely
- Have exceptional written and oral communication skills
- The ability to manage concurrent programmes of work
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will be happy to work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, enjoy thinking creatively, and providing value.
