Position Overview

Are you an experienced Aircraft Structure Technician or Sheet Metal Specialist?

We are offering a contract opportunity with a prestigious Aerospace organization. This role allows you to work with a dedicated team on significant projects.

Contract Details

This position is a minimum three-month contract, with the potential to extend. You can operate under your own Personal Services Company, Umbrella Company, or as a PAYE worker.

Minimum earning potential: £1500 per week

Job Responsibilities

As a Aircraft Structure Technician, you will collaborate with a team of contractors on various aircraft models. Your tasks will include:

  • Riveting structural components, including foot plates for modifications.
  • Assembling and constructing air filters according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Adhering to quality assurance protocols during assembly.
Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Aircraft Structure Technician or in a similar role.
  • Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings.
  • Strong background in sheet metal work.
  • Human Factors Certificate.
  • Aerospace qualifications with relevant experience.
  • Proven riveting skills.
Additional Information

Candidates are required to provide:

  • Personal tools.
  • Public liability insurance and relevant company documentation if applicable.
  • Availability for a trade test onsite.
