Community Emergency Response Nurse:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to become a vital part of our team at Superior Healthcare. In the role of Community Emergency Response Nurse, you will deliver essential clinical assistance to clients with intricate health requirements in their residences during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities and consistently evaluate your practice.
  • Provide exceptional, individualized care in accordance with care plans and organizational policies.
  • Champion the needs of clients while upholding their privacy.
  • Ensure adherence to safeguarding protocols and promptly report any concerns.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and maintain infection control standards.
  • Mentor new team members and assist them in understanding client care plans.
