Job Title: Customer Account Manager

ECW Search is seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Manager to join our client's impressive team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring targets are met by analysing sales data, managing budgets, and implementing pricing strategies.
  • Drive Digital-First Initiatives: Lead the execution of a digital-first strategy to elevate brand presence and consumer engagement.
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) Launches: Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to successfully launch exciting new products within the brand's ranges.
  • Project Co-Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Play a key role in supporting and co-leading a high-impact project focused on accelerating growth for the brand.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years in sales, account management, or customer development roles within FMCG.
  • Experience supporting P&L and working with major retail partners is preferred.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, digital marketing expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
