Key Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality online teaching and learning sessions that meet the individual needs of learners.
- Use initial assessments and evaluated work to guide teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure online safety for learners.
- Provide effective Careers Information, Education, Advice, and Guidance (CIEAG) to learners.
- Conduct thorough assessments and provide constructive developmental feedback to learners.
- Deliver high-standard teaching and learning to ensure a quality learner experience.
- Facilitate the development of broader work-related skills and digital skills in learners.
- Complete all relevant documentation and records related to learners' training, progress, and achievements.
- Strong ICT skills and proficiency in online delivery platforms and tools.
- Minimum of one year's experience in online tutoring.
- Experience working with unemployed adults in an educational setting.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, innovative, and motivational sessions.
- Understanding of initial assessment processes and different learning styles.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
- Full driving licence and national travel required.
- Recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE/Cert ED or equivalent.
- L3 Assessor Award or equivalent.
- GCSE Grade C in English and Maths or FS Level 2.
- IAG Level 2 or willingness to work towards obtaining it.
