LT Selection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Employability Tutor to join our team. As an IT Employability Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative online teaching and learning sessions to adult learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality online teaching and learning sessions that meet the individual needs of learners.
  • Use initial assessments and evaluated work to guide teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure online safety for learners.
  • Provide effective Careers Information, Education, Advice, and Guidance (CIEAG) to learners.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide constructive developmental feedback to learners.
  • Deliver high-standard teaching and learning to ensure a quality learner experience.
  • Facilitate the development of broader work-related skills and digital skills in learners.
  • Complete all relevant documentation and records related to learners' training, progress, and achievements.
Requirements:
  • Strong ICT skills and proficiency in online delivery platforms and tools.
  • Minimum of one year's experience in online tutoring.
  • Experience working with unemployed adults in an educational setting.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging, innovative, and motivational sessions.
  • Understanding of initial assessment processes and different learning styles.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Full driving licence and national travel required.
Qualifications:
  • Recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE/Cert ED or equivalent.
  • L3 Assessor Award or equivalent.
  • GCSE Grade C in English and Maths or FS Level 2.
  • IAG Level 2 or willingness to work towards obtaining it.
