Geo-Environmental Consultant Opportunity

Location: Leicestershire

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £36,000 - £44,000 per annum

Penguin Recruitment is seeking an experienced Geo-Environmental Consultant to join our expanding team in Leicestershire. As a Geo-Environmental Consultant, you will be responsible for carrying out Phase 1 desktop studies, Phase 2 assessments, and supervising junior team members. You will also contribute to business development, bidding, and tendering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Phase 1 desktop studies and Phase 2 assessments
  • Supervise junior team members and provide guidance
  • Contribute to business development and bidding
  • Develop and implement project management plans
  • Mentor junior team members and provide training

Requirements:

  • Degree in environmental science, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, engineering geology, or geoscience
  • Experience as a geo-environmental engineer or consultant
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Ability to commute to Leicestershire
  • Right to work in the UK
