Position Overview: The Practice Manager plays a pivotal role within a prominent legal firm, collaborating closely with the Partners to drive strategic growth initiatives while overseeing daily operations.
The primary objective of this position is to enhance operational efficiencies within the firm, ensuring exceptional client service. This will be accomplished through the development of streamlined processes and effective management of both fee-earning and administrative teams. The Practice Manager will partner with the Partners as the firm embarks on its next growth phase.
Key Responsibilities:
This multifaceted role includes:
- Supporting Partners in the creation and execution of business strategies, including financial planning and operational processes to strategically expand the firm.
- Coordinating and executing the firm's essential management functions.
- Managing insurance procurement and renewals.
- Ensuring compliance through operational oversight.
- Supervising the client onboarding process.
- Reviewing and analyzing monthly staff performance reports.
- Tracking key performance indicators and delivering regular updates to the Partners.
- Utilizing the firm's case management system effectively.
- Overseeing facilities management to ensure optimal working conditions.
Qualifications:
A background in a law firm or professional services environment is highly advantageous.
