Classroom Supervisor

Role Summary: We are in search of a committed Classroom Supervisor to enhance our educational team.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic Classroom Supervisor who is eager to contribute to our institution. Your primary duties will involve managing classroom activities, supervising students, and providing feedback on their performance during the temporary absence of teachers.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist teaching personnel by providing classroom supervision during short-term teacher absences.
- Execute assigned tasks, monitor student engagement, and report on academic progress.
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to various subject departments.
- Oversee examination sessions and accompany students on educational trips.
- Work collaboratively with the inclusion team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possess qualifications in English, Mathematics, and Science at a minimum of GCSE Grade C (or equivalent).
- Exhibit flexibility, initiative, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to supporting young learners.
- Have a positive attitude and a good sense of humor.
Child Protection Commitment:
This role necessitates a thorough understanding of child safeguarding and protection protocols. The selected individual will be required to undergo comprehensive background checks, including an enhanced DBS check.
