We are seeking a Site Operations Manager to become a vital part of our Regional Civils division.

Contract : Full time, permanent
Salary : up to GBP56k based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
In the role of Site Operations Manager, you will collaborate with the Regional Civils team to ensure the successful execution of various civil engineering projects under the Southwest Environment Agency Collaborative Delivery Framework, where Kier serves as the Principal Contractor. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing work packages according to established timelines and coordinating with operational teams.
- Participating in regular meetings to maintain open communication, report on project status, and document any changes to the scope of work.
- Prioritizing Health and Safety by ensuring all risk assessments are conducted and that operations comply with Kier's Health and Safety standards.
- Overseeing the organization of personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers within your work area to enhance efficiency and control costs.
- Guaranteeing that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and meet high customer satisfaction standards.
Candidate Profile:
The Site Operations Manager position is ideal for individuals who possess:
- A valid CSCS Gold Card and SMSTS certification.
- First Aid training and a solid understanding of Health and Safety practices.
- Knowledge of commercial and temporary works.
- Prior experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Experience in leading a small team.
