About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Urology team at University Hospital Monklands. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our urology services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop care plans for patients with urological conditions
  • Implement and evaluate care programs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and software
