Job Title: Network Infrastructure/Cisco Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure/Cisco Engineer to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our network team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

  1. Design and Implement Network Infrastructure: You will design and implement complex network infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  2. Troubleshoot and Resolve Network Issues: You will troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  3. Configure and Manage Cisco Equipment: You will configure and manage Cisco networking equipment, including routing protocols, switching technologies, and security features.
  4. Collaborate with IT Teams: You will collaborate with IT teams to integrate network infrastructure with other systems and applications.
  5. Stay Updated on Network Technologies: You will stay updated on the latest network technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Proven Experience: You will have proven experience as a Network Infrastructure/Cisco Engineer.
  2. Strong Knowledge: You will have strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies and protocols.

  4. TP-Link Media Converter: You will have a TP-Link media converter for converting electrical signals to optical signals.
  5. Dual-LC-Dual-LC Fiber Patch Cable: You will have a dual-LC-dual-LC fiber patch cable for connecting fiber optic devices.
  6. TP-Link 1000BaseSX SFP: You will have a TP-Link 1000BaseSX SFP module for transmitting data over fiber optic cables.
