Job Title: Public Law Paralegal

About the Role:

Gemini Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Public Law Paralegal to join our client's team. As a Public Law Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting with casework, including dealing with a range of Public Law matters, and providing exceptional client care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with casework, including dealing with Public Law matters, and provide exceptional client care.
  • Attend clients, take instructions, and prepare cases.
  • Deal with correspondence, prepare and manage funding applications, and prepare draft documents.
  • Attend conferences and court, maintain accurate time costing procedures, and implement recommendations made by supervisors.
  • Ensure compliance with file management and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background with a Law degree.
  • Legal experience as a Public Law Paralegal or Advisor.
  • Clear understanding and application of Public Law.
  • Business acumen and the ability to market the company.
  • Excellent communications, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and document management.
