Liberty is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to become a vital part of our team. This role is a full-time, permanent position, requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive base salary of £40,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £45,000 through OTE, as well as additional earnings from out-of-hours and on-call duties. You will also receive a company van, fuel card, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance on domestic heating systems.
- Execute tasks in compliance with specifications and gas safety regulations.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold safety standards.
- Participate in out-of-hours work, including overtime and call-outs.
- Adhere to operational procedures, safe working practices, and health & safety regulations.
- Report any accidents, near misses, or potential hazards.
- Conduct other maintenance tasks as required.
- Work flexibly with a diverse customer base.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possess recognized formal training with relevant craft qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.
- Hold ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT.
- UNVENTED qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Demonstrate an understanding of gas legislation.
- Have a valid driving license.
- Exhibit knowledge of health and safety practices and best working methods.
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
- Experience in public-facing roles, showcasing excellent customer service skills and adaptability.
