Logistics Supervisor Job Description

Levy UK & Ireland is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of live events, concerts, and exhibitions at the SEC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full logistical process for events, including transportation, storage, and distribution of equipment, materials, and resources.
  • Oversee the setup and dismantling of event infrastructure, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Take full responsibility for managing the bar cellars, ensuring efficient stock control, storage, and distribution of beverages and supplies for events.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and rotation, minimizing waste, and keeping accurate records of stock movement.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in logistics and event coordination, managing diverse events and adapting to varying requirements.
  • In-depth understanding of transportation, storage, and distribution, ensuring seamless event flow.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex logistical information clearly.
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail, ensuring meticulous planning and execution.
