Currys is seeking a skilled and experienced White Goods Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our home services team, you will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, and repairing white goods appliances in customers' homes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading retailer of technology and to be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to work independently, managing your own day and driving your company van to customer locations.

As a White Goods Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Testing and diagnosing faults in white goods appliances
  • Repairing and maintaining white goods appliances to a high standard
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in white goods repairs and maintenance
  • Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ideal ACS qualifications in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1)
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
