Position Overview
This role is situated within a logistics hub, focusing on air cargo operations.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, concluding between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM.

Requirements
  • Experience in overseeing comprehensive processes within the air cargo sector is preferred.
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to engage in various departmental tasks as needed.
  • Proficient in basic software applications, including MS Office, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  • Solid commercial awareness with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with customs clearance documentation and procedures.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the Customs Declaration Service (CDS) is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all facets of air cargo operations.
  • Collaborate with customers to deliver optimal service within specified timeframes.
  • Prepare and present quotations to clients.
  • Adhere to company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain awareness of service costs to ensure profitability.
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email with shipping lines, customers, and other departments.
  • Understand billing and costing procedures, addressing any invoice inquiries.
  • Operate in compliance with company credit policies at all times.
  • Perform general administrative tasks.

Other responsibilities may be assigned as deemed necessary for the role.
