We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Barbering Lecturer. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of professionals in the barbering industry.

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students, ensuring they meet the required standards.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, incorporating best practices and industry trends.
• Mentor and support students in their academic and professional development.
• Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment materials.
• Participate in departmental and college-wide initiatives to promote excellence in teaching and learning.

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in their specialism.
• Minimum Level 2 in maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent).
• Be willing to work towards obtaining a Level 5 teaching qualification or already hold one.
