About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the High-End TV (HE TV) Agreement and PACT/BECTU (Producers Alliance for Cinema and Television/Broadcasting, Entertainment, Cinematograph, and Theatre Union) Agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary expert on HE TV and PACT/BECTU agreements, providing guidance on compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Delivery, to build and maintain products that adhere to industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training and guidance to internal stakeholders on agreement specifics and compliance requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and updates related to HE TV and PACT/BECTU agreements and advise on their impact, ensuring the company remains compliant and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of HE TV and PACT/BECTU agreements and their application within the TV and film production industry.
  • Proven experience in a compliance or advisory role within the entertainment sector, with a strong track record of ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including product teams, delivery teams, and clients.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory information and apply it in a business context, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
