About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our Head Office team. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by providing strategic financial guidance and support to our Operational and Senior Management Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to understand their financial needs and provide tailored support.
  • Produce high-quality financial reports and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to Regional Managers to drive year-on-year and bottom-line performance.
  • Identify and analyze business opportunities and develop financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business operations and financial performance to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Finance Manager to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commercial finance role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop insightful recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience of financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
