Main Purpose of Role

The primary objective of this position is to conduct thorough inventory checks on Dexters managed properties, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting comprehensive inventory checks on Dexters managed properties, adhering to LIS service standards and company goals.
  • Managing tenant check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Completing required forms and documentation in line with company standards and regulations.
  • Effective time management and diary organization to meet deadlines and priorities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information.
  • Strong telephone manner, with a focus on customer service.
  • Full, clean driving license (preferable).
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to go above and beyond.

  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
