Compensation:
£4-50K + (TBC based on experience) additional incentives/commissions

We are a well-established organization specializing in high-quality, unbranded athletic and training apparel. Our diverse B2B clientele includes sports brands, retailers, resellers, and garment decorators.

In light of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a dedicated, innovative, and forward-thinking marketing professional to oversee all facets of our marketing initiatives.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience across various marketing disciplines. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the leadership team and the sales department to achieve our primary marketing objectives.

You will enjoy a significant degree of independence in this role and will be expected to take charge of all marketing activities, driving our business forward in the following areas:

1. **Digital Marketing** - Develop and design regular digital marketing campaigns targeting new and prospective clients.

Implement effective systems to monitor and analyze engagement metrics to assist the sales team in maximizing opportunities through segmentation and follow-ups.

Create and manage all posts on professional networking platforms.

Guide and support other team members and field sales in best practices for engaging potential new contacts through various media.

2. **Website Oversight** - A foundational understanding of website development, design, and functionality is expected. Responsibilities include updating news feeds, visual product information, banners, and videos. Ensure ongoing website enhancements using appropriate analytical tools such as heat mapping and web analytics.
3. **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)** - Implement relevant tags and activities to enhance organic search visibility.
4. **Sales Resources** - Regularly update and maintain sales materials in a creative, precise, and consistent manner (acting as a brand steward). Utilize our internal software to promote marketing initiatives aimed at achieving our marketing goals.
5. **Project and Market Analysis** - Supervise research initiatives to support the exploration of new markets and clientele. Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to refine project names through marketing activities. Drive customer engagement towards our online platform. Manage the design and construction of exhibition stands.
6. **Sustainability Initiatives** - Assist in the development, maintenance, and promotion of our ongoing sustainability strategies to both suppliers and customers.
