Role Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our raw materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the quality assessment of incoming raw materials and packaging components.
  • Lead the technical evaluation and approval process for new raw materials in both New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) initiatives.
  • Champion Food Safety Culture initiatives with a focus on raw material management.
  • Collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance Team to secure the supply of high-quality raw materials for production processes.
  • Proactively identify, question, and pursue opportunities for system enhancements and operational improvements.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into incidents, complaints, and non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution by the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain and complete reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and raw material trends.
  • Manage the site’s RSPO certification and oversee audit processes.
  • Assist the Supplier and Raw Material Audits as needed.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Food Safety certification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Solid understanding of the food supply chain dynamics.
  • Preferred: Experience or qualifications in auditing.
