Role Overview:

We are recruiting professionals for a new supported living initiative, working with individuals who have diverse support requirements, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in aiding individuals as they transition to their new residences, providing customized support and promoting independence. As a Care Support Specialist, you will implement Positive Behavioural Support strategies to enhance quality of life and wellbeing, ensuring individuals receive exceptional care and assistance.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 qualification in Social Care and experience in mental health, autism, or forensic care. Prior experience in social care is essential if a formal qualification is not held. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to fostering independence, and an alignment with our core values of Inclusion, Delivery, Aspiration, Respect, and Enablement.
