About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Howden Life and Health. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business services, with a primary focus on requirements definition and system testing/support for multiple quote/sale websites and the underlying quote engine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support across a range of business services, with a primary focus on requirements definition and system testing/support
  • Work closely with the head of Business Delivery to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key providers, both within the Howden group and externally
  • Provide analysis and documentation of business requirements, system testing, and defect management
  • Support live systems implementations and post-live assurance checks

Requirements
  • Experience of system testing and live implementation support
  • Ability to learn and support multiple technical systems to an advanced level
  • Experience of complex website delivery projects and support is desirable
  • Analysis and documentation of business requirements
  • System testing, defect management, and support of User Acceptance Testing
  • Support for live systems implementations and post-live assurance checks
