Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in healthcare, specifically in dementia care or senior care.
  • Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • NVQ Level 3 or above in Leadership and Management in Adult Care.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
