About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Lidl GB. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property team, ensuring the smooth operation of our offices and properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports, including budget sheets and petty cash accounts.
- Manage diaries, meetings, and agendas, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for property projects, including data entry, typing, and document management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with the preparation of weekly reports and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in a property or facilities management environment.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and deadlines.
