Lead Technical Integration Specialist

Epsilon's Digital Media Solutions practice is seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Integration Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our global team, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical consulting, advanced troubleshooting, and subject matter expertise for both third-party and Epsilon's proprietary ad server platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Epsilon Engineering teams to gain a deep understanding of the system and tackle complex technical challenges.
- Work closely with Operations, Platform, and Engineering teams to drive platform enhancements and foster innovation.
- Lead a local team and mentor international Integration Engineers, guiding them through strategic initiatives and ensuring successful project deliveries.
- Engage with top-tier clients and internal stakeholders on technical implementation topics, providing support for complex website tagging, third-party tags, and app integrations for client campaigns.
- Manage and mentor a regional team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of their output while serving as the primary point of escalation.
- Inspire and motivate team members across multiple global regions by providing growth opportunities through impactful goals and cross-training initiatives.
- Strong command of SQL is a prerequisite.
- Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and Python, with demonstrated development experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts and tools such as Chrome Debugger and HTTP Proxy applications such as Charles/Fiddler Proxy.
- Familiarity with mobile application development (iOS, Android) is preferred.
- Understanding of the digital/display advertising ecosystem and hands-on experience with industry platforms such as CM360/Google Ads, Sizmek, Flashtalking, Neustar, IAS, etc.
